Terms of service
Last updated: August 22, 2026
Service
CronClaw schedules and monitors HTTPS jobs, heartbeat signals, websites, and APIs. You authorize CronClaw to contact only endpoints you own or are permitted to operate.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for account access, workspace invitations, endpoint code, job secrets, alert destinations, report recipients, and actions performed by your users. Private report links grant access to the bounded report displayed by that link; send them only to authorized recipients and revoke them when access is no longer appropriate. Notify support promptly if credentials or report links may be compromised.
Acceptable use
You must not use CronClaw for denial-of-service activity, unauthorized scanning, credential attacks, malware, spam, illegal content, deceptive traffic, or access to systems without permission. We may rate-limit, pause, or terminate risky activity to protect customers and infrastructure.
Subscriptions and plan limits
Paid plans renew for the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Paddle acts as merchant of record for Paddle purchases and provides invoices, tax handling, and billing support. Jobs or automated reports may be deferred or paused when execution, workspace, job, monitor, report-schedule, or payment limits are exceeded.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel renewal from the billing page. Access continues through the paid period unless suspension is required for abuse or security. Refund requests are reviewed under the refund policy displayed at purchase and any mandatory consumer protections.
Reliability and customer safeguards
CronClaw provides execution evidence and operational alerts but cannot guarantee that your endpoint, DNS, network, hosting provider, or third-party service will remain available. Maintain independent backups and human review for financial, medical, safety-critical, or irreversible operations.
Partner program
Referral attribution and rewards apply only to valid, non-fraudulent customers under the published partner terms. Self-referrals, misleading promotion, brand impersonation, and unsolicited messages are prohibited.
Data and intellectual property
You retain rights to your application and submitted configuration. You grant CronClaw the limited permission needed to process requests, store operational records, and deliver the service.
Changes and termination
We may update the service or these terms with reasonable notice for material changes. You may stop using CronClaw at any time and request account deletion through support.
